Ken Scott and I fished with Norm on Oct. 7th. It was a trip that Norm DONATED to Mid-MO TU. We fished the Current River and with the cold-front weather did only so-so but did very briefly "hang" a real "goodun". Despite the weather front, we did catch some fish on top, had a good lunch, and even more enjoyed the companionship of a like-minded fly fisherman. God bless--bob |

Have had the good fortune to spend two trips to Wyoming with these great people. Knowledgeable, great teachers, and absolutely beautiful streams. My wife had never held a fly rod. Not only did she have great time, she caught fish! Can't recomend these folks high enough.

An excellent choice for guiding fly fishing trips along the North Platte River and the streams and creeks around it in southern Wyoming, or right here in the Missouri Ozarks. Streamside has supplied us with advice, lessons and some of the best fishing trips that we have been blessed to experience. Trustworthy, down-to-earth type of people who will make your fishing trip a tremendous success. If you are new to the sport, Streamside Adventures is a great place to start. Lessons in the various types of casting, line handling, fly tying, and equipment selection are all available from these folks, who can keep it to your level of experience - no matter what that may be. Norm & Georgie have been very instrumental in our learning to love this sport!

Enjoyed our trip to Encampment, Wyo. Good fishing with you and learning better casting and generally having a great time. Went flyfishing in Colorado in August using both dry flies plus wet flies and an indicator. Caught some nice browns, rainbows and cutthroats. Looking forward to more fishing together. Sorry I can't make the next trip to Missouri with you two and Duane. |
