Norm Crisp - Fly Fishing GuideNorm Crisp of Prairie Village, Kansas is Owner and Head Guide. Norm is an internationally known fly fisherman, author, teacher/lecturer and water resources scientist. Norm began fly fishing over thirty years ago as a boy growing up in New Hampshire. Since leaving there he has continued fly fishing throughout North America and many parts of the world including Russia, Nepal, Scotland, England, Spain, Italy, New Zealand, the former Yugoslavia and even the Atlas Mountains of Morocco in North Africa. Norm has written several articles about fly fishing for trout and his travels in search of trout.

Preston Larimer - Fly Fishing GuideJ. Preston Larimer of Manchester, Missouri is an Associate, guide and instructor. Preston has over 25 years of fly fishing and fly tying experience, both in fresh and salt water. Professionally trained as a Wildlife Biologist, he has taught natural resources, environmental education and biology on both the college and high school level. He recently stepped down from several years as the Midwest representative to the Natural Resource Board and the National Leadership Council of Trout Unlimited, but remains on the Board of the Ozark Council of TU. He is a skilled naturalist, birder, and photographer. To date, Preston has caught trout in at least 22 different states, including most of the native subspecies of cutthroat trout of the Rockies, steelhead, Pacific and Atlantic salmon, native brookies and redbands. Also an experienced traveler, Preston has traveled in Australia, Asia, the Caribbean, and regularly leads trips to the Central American country of Belize.

Sue Kreutzer from Loveland Colorado is a Wyoming guide and Associate. Sue is an accomplished Colorado and Wyoming fly fisher with 25 years of experience. Sue, known internationally as "Sister Sue", first started fly fishing on Wyoming's North Platte River and the streams in and around Yellowstone National Park. Now she fishes upwards of 175 days a year with the added benefit house sitting several months of the year next to Colorado's famed Frying Pan River. In addition to the Pan, Sue routine fishes the Poudre, Laramie, and Rocky Mountain National Park. Sue's abilities run from dry fly to nymph fishing and she loves it all. Add that to her patience, learned from raising children, and you have the perfect guide, coach and mentor.
